Sauerland, Germany
I rode this trip at the end of September 2023 together with my dad. There was no camping during the trip and we only stayed in hotels. Some of the trip was from an online route but other parts were routes by us. This trip had quite some adventurous routes, especially because they were cutting a lot of pines down because of a disease.
I enjoyed this trip a lot, Sauerland is quite hilly and has beautiful views. It has nice spots to take pictures (like huge benches and other stuff, check the daily posts for more), easy to get food and water and you’re still riding around in the woods for most of the days.
